Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using any part of the EZFinancial Blueprint system, its questionnaires, reports, coaching sessions, or workshops, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

EmzekDotCom provides financial education, structured clarity reporting, coaching, and workshops through the EZFinancial Blueprint system. Our services are designed to help you understand your own financial position in plain language.

Our services are for educational purposes only. We do not provide financial planning, investment advice, or product recommendations as defined under the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007, and we are not regulated by, nor do we hold any licence issued by, the Securities Commission Malaysia or Bank Negara Malaysia. Nothing produced through our services constitutes advice to buy, sell, or hold any financial product, security, insurance policy, or investment.

Any decision you make after reviewing your Blueprint is your own. For regulated advice specific to your circumstances, you should consult an appropriately licensed professional.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when completing our questionnaire. The usefulness and accuracy of your Blueprint depend directly on the information you supply, and we are not responsible for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate inputs.

Where an account is created, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

You agree to use our services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system.

The fees for each Blueprint, coaching session, workshop, or subscription are stated at the point of purchase. By selecting a service, you agree to pay the fees specified for it.

Payments are processed securely through [payment provider to be confirmed], a licensed third-party payment service provider. We do not store your full card or bank details. Your use of the payment provider is also subject to that provider's own terms and privacy practices.

For subscription services, fees are payable in advance for each billing period. Continued access to the platform and its tools is subject to payment remaining current.

Because a Blueprint report is generated and delivered digitally upon completion of the questionnaire, fees for generated reports are generally non-refundable once the report has been produced.

Coaching sessions and workshops may be rescheduled or cancelled in accordance with the notice period stated at the time of booking. Subscription services may be cancelled for future billing periods; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless required by law.

The EZFinancial Blueprint brand, together with the reports, materials, and coaching content we deliver, is owned by or licensed to Emzek Sdn Bhd and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

The underlying software platform on which the EZFinancial Blueprint system operates is licensed to Emzek Sdn Bhd from a third-party technology provider and remains the property of that provider. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of that platform, its methodology, or its underlying code to you.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or modify any part of our content, tools, or the underlying platform without our prior written permission.

We collect and process the information you provide in order to generate your Blueprint and deliver our services. We handle your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we use it only for the purposes of providing and improving our services.

Our services and the Blueprint reports are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for educational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmzekDotCom and Emzek Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, our services or any Blueprint.

All financial decisions carry inherent risk, and you remain solely responsible for the decisions you make. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using our services at any time.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive any termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
